Working both as building contractor to developers and directly with private clients, Maronway undertakes a wide range of new build, extension & refurbishment projects throughout Sussex, Surrey and Hampshire.

 

We are very proud to have produced a great number of high quality builds and maintain an excellent relationship with our clients both during projects and after.

 

What We Do

Originally specialising in groundworks, drainage and landscaping with large contracts undertaken for national building firms, Maronway has expanded and developed to fulfil the main contractor role on many residential & commercial developments.

 

Our Specialist Expertise

Maronway’s expertise includes working on sensitive properties in sensitive areas such as listed buildings within conservation areas. We have extensive experience in the construction of new developments including multi-unit such as apartment buildings and also commercial units.

 

Focus on Quality

An essential emphasis is placed on good quality materials and workmanship whilst working with a wide range of sites and buildings. Whilst selecting the appropriate materials and approach to the construction of the individual projects, great care is taken to make use of local materials to match existing elements and to create seamless extensions or additions.

 

Development

Maronway has completed both new build & conversion units with warranties provided by NHBC, Zurich & Premier Guarantee whilst working with a range of development finance providers including Dunbar Bank, Close Brothers, Royal Bank of Scotland & Clydesdale Bank.
